Reporting to the Women’s Program Manager, the Case Manager will be responsible for implementing all aspects of the women’s program. The Case Manager will provide one-on-one case management for individual residents, monitor resident progress on goals, and offer resources as needed to achieve goals.

This position will actively support The Dwelling Place’s mission by raising funds to meet the organization’s strategic plan goals. While working with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and Development Team, this position will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to meet specific annual revenue goals and contributing to the overall achievement of the revenue goals.
