  • Property Maintenance Coordinator

    The Property Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and assisting with the maintenance, safety, and upkeep of The Dwelling Place’s five residential properties and one commercial property. This role includes preventive care, routine maintenance and repairs, contractor coordination, volunteer oversight, and support of larger property projects.
