Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator
The Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, performing, and overseeing the maintenance, safety, and upkeep of The Dwelling Place's five residential properties and commercial facilities. This position provides proactive facility maintenance, preventive care, contractor coordination, volunteer oversight, and support for capital improvement projects to ensure all facilities remain safe, welcoming, and well -maintained for residents, staff, volunteers, and visitors.
